Surrounded by 2 huge live oak trees, this coastal gem is beautifully appointed, well maintained and has ample parking. Restaurants, shops, playground and the Sands Beach...all within walking distance! There is no better location in Port Royal! The space Our adorable house is less than 5 minutes from Parris Island, just 10 minutes from downtown Beaufort and 30 minutes from Hunting Island. This beautiful coastal home comfortably sleeps 7. Relax in the open floor plan downstairs: living room with wide screen TV (cable and Blue-Ray/DVD player), dining room for family eating and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy the sea breeze on the front porch and/or side porch. The ensuite Master bedroom is on the first floor (king bed.) Upstairs you'll find one bedroom (one double and one single bed) and one loft (2 single beds) as well as the second full bathroom. *Please note the 3rd bedroom listed is considered a loft area because it has one open air half wall. See pictures.* The washer and dryer are adjacent to the upstairs full bathroom and available for guest use. The backyard is large (unusual for Port Royal) and ready for a game of catch or for the kiddos to play. Parking for cars and your boat too! Parking space is limited in the Old Village of Port Royal but our property can easily fit 2 trucks and 2 boats. This is rare for our community! Boaters enjoy the free community boat ramp at the Sands Beach and the stocked tackle/bait shop, both just a few blocks from our house. We want your stay to feel like home-come enjoy the beauty of the Low Country! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Pack-n-Play provided in upstairs bedroom closet.
