(fits in room walkable) The space Relaxing, peaceful, rustic meet modern with an urban tropical escape backyard. Full of tech, Smart locks, lights , bluetooth speakers. Led accent lighting though out the home. Nice home entertainment theater 🎥 seating in living room. *Gas & Charcoal Grill may be used as long as basic supplies are paid for or purchased. Guest access Everywhere except master bedroom, garage & laundry room by request. During your stay I use the Airbnb mobile app with notifications to communicate, but if needed do not hesitate to call or text if needed. I enjoy giving city sites, shopping museums and restaurant, bar, recommendations, driving routes ect. I typically make my presence small when hosting, however I do work from home & am home during the day. Other things to note *Sometimes, the 2nd bedroom is occupied by other guest, in that case the bathroom is shared in a private hall. Bathroom has a large double sink, double mirror & large walk in shower. I have a dog 'Sho'jaa' in many reviews. I cannot keep her locked up at all times. Please be mindful coming & going she likes to "escape out the door" . Thanks .
