The space The housing unit is located within the Agriturismo Pimpinnacolo, a structure that extends over a large green area and consists of several buildings that house a total of 10 housing units of various sizes, guaranteeing privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking nature, silence and comfort, the agriturismo is a great starting point for exploring Porto Ercole, Monte Argentario and the beautiful beaches of the area. Perfect for a romantic vacation, a regenerating stay, or a weekend away. Unit P5 has a large bright living room with a stunning panoramic view of the bay of Porto Ercole. The kitchen is complete with accessories, plates, dishes and appliances: kettle, oven, refrigerator and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed with bathroom and 1 with 2 single beds with bathroom. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, toiletries, private parking, television and wifi. The apartment is completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you to a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or visiting the city. The Pimpinnacolo agritourism is a structure spread over several buildings that house a total of 10 housing units of different sizes, from the smallest for 2 people to the largest for 8 people, all complete with an equipped kitchen. In addition, the property houses: - a private bike park complete with flow line, skill park and pump track; - Safe and covered bike storage; - Basic workshop and washing area; - Bike rental point with the possibility of organizing excursions with high-level professionals; - Parking for vehicles and support trolleys; - Tasting and sale of our organic extra virgin olive oil, produced and packaged in our company. Other things to note The Agriturismo gladly accepts that its customers come with their pets under the following conditions:   1- Animals must not access armchairs, beds, sofas and/or any other surface of the furniture on which animal hair can adhere.   2- Animals must be well socialized and must not create inconveniences - or even dangers - to other customers, neither in the common areas of the facility, nor from the private areas assigned to the respective customers during the periods of their respective stays.   3- Animals cannot be left in the property without supervision.
