VILLA ROZA is a 2-story villa, located on the western side of Sutivan, in a new and quiet residential neighborhood, among other villas, houses and cottages. It is away from apartment buildings and daily tourist bustle. Only 2 minutes' walk to pebbly Majakovac and Bistrica Beach, coffee-bar, and other beach amenities. Villa is on the slight uphill offering a breathtaking view, overlooking Brac Channel, island Solta, Split and mainland in a distance. The space In 2012 and 2013 Villa has been completely renovated to a high standard featuring 5 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms on the top floor, each with an- suite, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 family bathrooms. There is also Sitting Room on the first floor with TV. On the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area and sitting room with sofa bed and TV. Ground floor patio with barbeque and table for 8 is ideal for alfresco dining. It can easily accommodate 10 guests. Just few steps away from the ground floor patio, there is a garden with easy chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. First floor terrace and second floor balcony with stunning view provide an excellent place for morning coffee and evening entertainment and relaxation. SUMMARY: GROUND FLOOR OUTDOORS: - Gate with driveway and secured parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and barbeque. From the ground floor, through the outside stairs, there is direct access to the first floor terrace and accommodations. GROUND FLOOR INDOORS: - Fully equipped kitchen, separate Dining area, Sitting or TV Room with sofa. Air conditioned. Also, on the ground floor, family bathroom (with bathtub) and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: - Sitting Room with sofa and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with King size bed and own Air conditioning unit. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and own A/C unit, and Bedroom 3 with bunk beds [ 2 single beds, one on top the other], usually occupied by children. Also, on this floor is a full family bathroom with a bathtub. From the Sitting Room there is an exit to the spacious terrace with beautiful view. SECOND FLOOR: - Two bedrooms, each with King size bed. Each bedroom has own full bathrooms ( an- suite). Also, each bedroom has own air conditioning unit. Also access to the Second Floor Balcony with stunning view. Internet, Wi-Fi available. Guest access HOW TO GET TO VILLA ROZA: At Split airport you can board an Airport Shuttle Bus. This bus service is run by Croatia Airlines with boarding immediately outside the Airport Terminal building, costing 8 Euros per person each way. Trip is approx. 35 minutes and will deliver you (last bus stop) 100 meters from the Split Ferry Terminal. A modern ferry service operates between Split and Supetar, on the island of Brac, with 14 sailings per day from June 15 - Sep 15, from 5:15 AM to 23:59 PM. If you cross as a foot passenger, fare is 5,6 euro (2024) per person each way. Crossing takes 50 minutes. If you are arriving by car, please contact the manager for directions. Other things to note Please note that all visitors to Croatia have to be registered and pay Tourist Tax Fee. As property manager, on arrival, I'll take your ID or Passport details for the registration. Tourist Tax Fee: For the 18 and older, fee is 1 Euro per person per night. For 12 – 18 it is 0.5 Euro per person per night, and for children under 12 there is no charge. CHECK IN is at 2PM or later and CHECK OUT is at 10AM or earlier! Also, on arrival we require Damage Deposit of 200 Euros. Damage deposit is fully refundable on departure day providing no damage is done to the villa or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. Registration, Tourist Tax Fee and Damage Deposit are due on arrival!
