Shepherds Villa, Coniston

This is a traditional Victorian house on 4 levels, situated on the edge of the village. There is a kitchen, a dining room and 2 reception rooms for common use and a games room with pool table. It has ample private parking and a mature garden in front. The entire house is available to book and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. It is in easy walking distance of the village, with 3 supermarkets, 5 pubs, and a post office. Parties and events are not allowed at this time. The space This is a perfect venue for family and friend reunions and 70th birthday celebrations. Also 60th, 50th ... we have even had a 90th birthday. There are good, big communal rooms that people can share as well as plenty of space to get away on your own if you want to. Guest access The entire house is available for your booking. Your hosts live 2 miles away, so are available for problem solving but not present unless you wish. There is plenty of enclosed, off-road parking in a village where parking is at a premium. In peak season we prefer you to book entire weeks, but long weekends can be available at shorter notice - just message me with your wishes. Other things to note Shepherds Villa is a really good venue for Cumbrian holidays because all the outdoor activities are on your doorstep while the house is big and comfortable enough to enjoy retreating from the bad weather when it hits.
