I'm excited to have my Mountain Meadow Studio available for those of you who would like complete quiet, privacy and lovely peaceful views. The Studio is adjacent to my home. There are no common walls and it has a private entrance. It is perfect for traveling nurses as we are close to Barton Memorial Hospital. I have also hosted many young people during their internship here in South Lake Tahoe. This 400 sq ft private, cozy studio has a gas fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped. It has tile counters, a gas stove/oven, a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator. There are solid wood floors throughout the Studio. The bathroom is completely tiled with a whirlpool tub/shower. A hair dryer and amenities are provided. There is a double bed in the studio, which is not advised for those of you over 5'9" unless you curl up when you sleep! For guests booking over 30 days there is a mid-stay cleaning fee of $100. every 30 days. The decks, the barbecue, the hammock and the lounge chairs in the garden, are common areas and available for all guests to enjoy. You can walk, run, snowshoe or cross country ski right out back here in the meadow. Great beaches, restaurants and Heavenly Ski Resort are all within 15 minutes or less from here. The garage is available for you to store your skis, boards, bikes, golf clubs or kayaks. I live in the main house where I have two guest rooms available. I will be here to greet you, show you around and answer any questions you may have. Other than that I'm pretty busy, but can always be reached by cell phone. There will be coffee and tea available to you. Please feel free to bring your own provisions and use the kitchen. There are pots, pans, dishes and utensils for you to use.
