Whether you are planning a family vacation, a w/e of leaf peeping or a winter ski week, our 4 bedroom house located 2 mins from Belleayre Mtn and only 2 hrs from NYC/NJ is the perfect choice! Explore the glorious Catskills, shop the Farmers' Market, relax in the hot tub, snooze in the hammock or just hang out with friends and family! Doesn't get better than this! The space This is our home away from home! We actually rented it several times from the previous owners and loved it so much that we jumped at the chance to purchase it when they sold!! Warm and inviting, it works beautifully for a family gathering or a group of friends! A fabulous wood burning fireplace adds ambiance and warmth to the living room. The kids can play in the playroom/dorm upstairs or outside in the play set. Or maybe just count the frogs in the pond! The dining table accommodates large groups and there are plenty of nooks and spaces in the house if you want to escape to read a book or take a nap! The house is in striking distance of Pine Hill, Fleischmanns, Woodstock, Margaretville, Phoenicia and everything else the beautiful Catskills have to offer. We hope you love it as much as we do! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. We keep one small closet locked with the bare essentials for our family when we spend time there. Other things to note Mohegan Trail is a private road so if it snows, we get ploughed last! Our driveway is a hill, not too long, but kids enjoy sledding down it! So while 4X drive cars are not always required, we take ours in snowy winters! We are not permitted to park in the little cutout on the road opposite our driveway. That belongs to our neighbors who have a treacherous steep downways driveway and they park their cars there in winter. Any of our cars found there will be towed - yikes! Bedrooms: The bedroom with the king bed is an interior room. Please see the pictures. You have to pass through this room to get to the recreation room and to the kids' dorm. There are doors to all the rooms, but just for guests to know, anyone in the kids' dorm will have to walk through your room to get to the bathroom or the stairs.
