Or, if you prefer, enjoy an evening at the Historic Ellen Eccles Theatre, and don't forget to grab some famous Aggie ice cream. The space The unit offers 3BD/2.5BA, a fully functional kitchen, a patio with relaxing swing,, 2-flat-screen TVs with Cable, hi-speed WIFI and 2 neighborhood parks with play structures. The KITCHEN area has an island that seats 4 people, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a bench that you can use as well. If you need more, a Lifetime picnic table is stored in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, silverware, pots, pans, skillets, storage containers, crockpot, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, hand mixer, casserole dishes, pancake griddle, waffle maker, blender, Keurig coffee maker with single and brew functions, high chair booster seat, knives, cutting boards, dish towels, outside BBQ with tools, extra beverage fridge & more. The GARAGE can park 2 cars, plus there is 1 additional parking spot in the lot, but lot parking requires a parking permit for overnight parking. Additional 24 hour parking passes are available. Message me if needed. Some kids toys are available to use. BEDROOM #1 (sleeps 2) Upstairs bedroom. Included is a King size bed with a comfortable mattress, black-out curtains, large screen TV, desk to set up your laptop, printer, side chair, a private full-sized bathroom with a tub-shower and walk-in closet. BEDROOM #2 (sleeps 2) Upstairs bedroom. Included is a Queen size bed with a comfortable mattress, full crib, black-out curtains and a shared full-bathroom. BEDROOM #3 (sleeps 2) Upstairs bedroom. Included is a Queen size bed with a comfortable mattress, a shared full bathroom. We provide a queen air mattress in the closet under the stairway (sleeps 2). Guest access Whole house except for front closet that is locked. Other things to note There is one guest pass available for parking in the lot and a two car garage. If you don't use the pass from midnight-6am, you will be towed. The HOA requires all guests to fill out a "Resident Form." A picture of this form is located in the photos section. Once booked, a URL link to this form will be provided, where you can fill out the required information. Please be aware we have 2 security cameras in our home. One pointing at the front door, the second one on top of the kitchen cabinet pointing at the back door. You can unplug them or turn them around during your stay. They are for security purposes only, when the unit is vacant. We do not monitor when the unit is in use. All we ask is that at the end of your time with us, you plug them back in, or turn them around to face the doors.
