Fire up the grill and throw some drinks in the cooler and soak in the sun. Inside, you can kick back in front of a fire and play games, read a book or enjoy a drink while you watch birds flock to the feeders. Modern smart home amenities throughout the home. Two living rooms, each equipped with a flat screen TV and streaming services. Full house music system, including outside speakers near the pool deck and hot tub. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet with private access to the hot tub and deck. Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Third bedroom has a lofted queen-sized bed and workspace. In addition to the three bedrooms, the sectional sofa in the family room opens into a queen-sized bed. Inflatable mattress is also available. The pool is available Memorial Day through "end of summer" dependent upon the weather. Please note that the pool temperature is set for 80 degrees, but varies based on weather and outdoor temperature. Other things to note We take our guests’ health and safety seriously. We have an enhanced cleaning protocol that includes cleaning first and then sanitizing. Our cleaning crew is ventilating all rooms and using 24 hour disinfectant on all surfaces and running portable UV air purifiers while they clean.  All door handles and light switches are disinfected.  The cleaning supplies are per residence and aren’t shared with any other property.
