Winter Ski bus pick-up to the resort picks up at the driveway! Access to back country hiking and bike trails minutes from the apartment. If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will find it within 10-20 minutes of the apartment. This is a beautiful place to spend any season of the year. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the main level, family room, dining room, and kitchen. It is overlooking the ski area and the Snowmass Wilderness. The cozy living area with a gas fireplace is open to the dining and kitchen. There is a large bedroom in the loft with a queen bed and tons of extra room. The loft bedroom overlooks a well-appointed living room that features a sofa with queen memory foam pull-out couch. Enjoy the ambience of the apartment's gas fireplace while relaxing with a night cap on the deck. The newly renovated kitchen is open to the living room so cooking and engaging in conversation is a breeze. The large bathroom features a deep, jetted, soaking tub and two sinks. An in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guests. The owners have provided lots of games for entertainment or you can relax by the cozy gas fireplace after a day of activities. Views from the apartment deck overlook the mountains and the Snowmass Wilderness. The deck is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. There is a ski locker to store gear at the bottom of the stairs next to the garage for guests to use as well, o no need to carry skis/snowboards upstairs! If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will find it within 10-20 minutes of the apartment. It is a great area to call your 'Base Camp'. This is a beautiful place to spend any season of the year. You will enjoy the flexibility of being able to explore all of the exciting areas in the heart of the Rockies by being in the center of all the activities. You will be able to enjoy a luxurious home but also the beauty that only a true mountain setting can offer. Dogs only. No exotic pets. Excessive barkers will be asked to bring your dog to the doggy day care. There are two parking spots located on the side of the driveway, directly in front of the stairs to the unit. The parking spots are located back to back so that guests do not block the owner's garage. The access is easy and 4-wheel drive/AWD is not a necessity during the summer months but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLES NOT BEING ABLE TO REACH THE APARTMENT DUE TO SNOW. THE ROADS ARE COUNTY MAINTAINED AND NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
