Description

Welcome to our cozy Mammoth mountain home — perfect for families and groups who want space, comfort, and convenience. With 3 bedrooms + a fully enclosed private loft, 3 bathrooms, and room to sleep 10, everyone can relax and spread out after a day on the slopes, trails, or lake. Walk to the shuttle, then come home to a warm fire, hot tubs, pool, sauna, and a comfortable retreat built for making memories. TOML-CPAN-15819 The space Our warm and welcoming townhome-style condo offers a rare combination in Mammoth: room for everyone, a family-friendly layout across three levels, and four separate sleeping areas. The fully enclosed loft with a closet acts like a fourth bedroom — giving kids, teens, cousins, or extra guests their own hangout and sleep space. Located close to the shuttle stop, restaurants, groceries, breweries, and coffee, this is an easy home base for both winter adventures and summer escapes. After a full day outside, gather around the fireplace, cook a big meal, laugh, play games, and unwind together. This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to reconnect. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (4 Sleeping Areas — Sleeps 10) Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Queen bed Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Queen bed Private Loft (top level — Kids & Teens Love It!): 4 twin beds (two twin trundles), fully enclosed with closet — a fun and cozy hideaway for cousins, kids, or friends Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms (2 on the bedroom level, 1 on the main living level) — no fighting for shower time! THE LAYOUT (3 Levels) Level 1 (Bedrooms Floor): 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms Level 2 (Main Living): Living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining, full bathroom Level 3 (Private Loft): 4-twin loft with closet — fully enclosed for privacy This layout is ideal for multiple families, multi-gen trips, or groups wanting separate spaces for kids and adults. WHY FAMILIES & GROUPS LOVE THIS HOME ✔ 4 sleeping areas — privacy AND togetherness ✔ Sleeps 10 comfortably ✔ Walk to shuttle for easy slope days ✔ Gear locker for skis/snowboards ✔ Fireplace for cozy nights ✔ Pool, hot tubs, and sauna on-site ✔ Restaurants, groceries, and coffee nearby ✔ No one stuck on a sofa bed in the living room AMENITIES Fireplace Gear locker 2 hot tubs Pool Sauna Fully stocked kitchen Free parking Wi-Fi (basic, not ideal for heavy remote work) Community laundry (since no W/D in unit) LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS Walk to shuttle Minutes to Canyon Lodge & The Village Near shops, markets, restaurants, and coffee Easy home base for skiing, hiking, fishing, biking & lake days WHAT TO EXPECT This is a beloved mountain home, not a hotel — so expect comfort, character, and the perfect place to gather, relax, and make memories. Because it’s Mammoth, snow can be deep, nights can be cold, and Wi-Fi can be slower than the city — but the adventure and cozy fires make up for it. If you want space, warmth, and convenience for your group, you’ll love it here. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check in by lockbox. You will have access to a designated ski locker (right next to the unit). You will also have access to our condominium complex common areas which includes the pool, spas, sauna, tennis court, BBQ and laundry facilities. The pool, tennis court and common area BBQs are only available for use during the summer. Other things to note If you are booking for Mammoth Motocross, please read the rules prior to booking: -If you arrive with dirt bikes: No equipment is allowed off or out of trailers. -Absolutely no bike work or cleaning is to be done on site (including within trailers). -No deliveries of fuel will be accepted. -If you have a trailer, you must check in at the office. -Any violation will result in guests being asked to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be provided. Tioga Pass(Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris. 16% Transient Occupancy Tax and TBID required by The Town of Mammoth Lakes is included in the nightly rate.
