The basement apartment with kitchen and private entrance is located in a detached house in a quiet villa location with a large property on the outskirts of Starnberg towards Possenhofen. The garden can also be used. Parking spaces are provided Since we are on the edge of the forest, you can take a very good walk here. We have a young-friendly dog who also likes to be in the garden! The space In our large, overgrown garden, we have a nice area for you to retreat and relax. Guest access Our younger guests are welcome to have fun with our dog... he loves children and is happy about every visit. The garden is fenced off and can be used by the children as desired It is also possible that the washing machine and dryer can be used for a small additional fee Skis and snowboards can be stored well and ski boots and ski wardrobe can be dried in the boiler room. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy cross-country skiing. Other things to note The lake can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes and by car you can reach one of the most beautiful swimming spots on Lake Starnberg in 5 minutes. There you can borrow paddle boards and enjoy a coffee, breakfast or the SunDowner in the morning. Not far from the bathing spot is the parental home of Sissi, whose castle garden invites you to further activities. You can also take a wonderful trip to the Roseninsel [rose island] and immerse yourself in the past in King Ludwig's footsteps. Andechs Abbey is a 15-minute drive away... our neighboring lake, Lake Ammersee, is a 25-minute drive away and worth a trip. By train, you can travel directly from Tutzing to Garmisch Partenkirchen with a special ticket. This ticket includes the ski pass. (In Tutzing you are in about 15 minutes by car) I would be happy to recommend good restaurants or other excursion destinations such as hiking to the Herzogstand and enjoying the wonderful views of the Kawendel Mountains. Since I have children myself, I also like to pass on tips for nice excursions here ;-)) We would be happy to inform you about other destinations.
