Very well located in the hypercenter of BH, at the beginning of Av. Afonso Pena. Supermarkets, snack bars, drugstores, butchers, bars and all BH shops within a few meters. Accommodates 2 people in 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 or 2 people on 1 sofa bed in the living room (accommodating up to 4 guests in total). The space We are on the 24th floor, with a beautiful view of the capital of Minas Gerais! 📌 Remember: in the hyper-center of a big city like BH, the soundtrack will 🎶 hardly be that of birds and running water... hehe... you'll find that in a forest 🤭. Here, we can even hear birds at dawn, but the predominant sound will be sirens, horns, engines accelerating, cars braking, people talking... 😉 if you are a very light sleeper, we suggest you bring earplugs or use music as white noise/ambient sounds to sleep more comfortably😊. Guest access By staying with us, you'll be in the heart of BH! You can walk around the center, by bike, by Uber... you will also be a few meters from the MOVE (bus) stations, the subway and the Bus Station! Other things to note The apartment is in the hypercenter area of BH. In the current economic and social reality of our country, in all major capitals, especially in the hyper-center, it is necessary to be attentive when circulating and remember that there are many people living on the streets😞. However, this is not a privilege of our location🤷‍♂️, which in addition to a 24-hour doorman and a very secure entrance, has a 24-hour military police station in the square in front of the Building👮‍♂️. Certainly, we do not consider the location to be hostile and during the day the region is very busy and very close to several tourist attractions in the city (Central Market, New Market, Café Palhares, Galeria Ouvidor, Praça Sete, Café Nice, Shopping Cidade...)🌆, and you can circulate on foot without problems.
