This beachside, peaceful townhouse offers a guest room with 1 queen bed for 1 person. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Del Mar Race Track & Fairgrounds & part of Cedros Design District (quaint retail shops & restaurants). The space Welcome to our townhouse! It’s décor is fun and inspired by the beach surroundings…perfect for a joyful and relaxing vacation! This is my home and I'm the only one who lives here. I only rent on Airbnb and do not have any other Airbnb guests during your stay. No overnight guests other than the person on the reservation. Guest Bedroom sleeps 1 person with a queen bed. Flat screen TV with Firestick. A large closet and 8 dresser drawer provided. Spacious and private. **No food is allowed to be kept in your room. You can eat in your room but it must be removed and thrown in the trash in the kitchen when done. No exceptions. Bathroom is just outside of room with large shower. This is not shared with anyone else. Due to living close to the beach and moisture, after each use of the shower, guest is required to squeegee and wipe down the entire shower. Professional cleaning provided 2x/month in the rate. They will need to access your room to clean and change bedding. I will notify you with plenty of time when they are coming and you need to be out of your room during their time cleaning. Kitchen, there are no exceptions to the following: 1. The full kitchen is available for your use, however, cooking and kitchen use must end by 8pm. No cooking is allowed past 8pm. 2. Food & disposable plates/bowls/cups/ziploc bags/saran wrap/aluminum foil are not shared between people, and there is plenty of room provided for your food items. 3. Cleaning supplies are provided to maintain cleanliness after each use. Since this area is shared, I do expect my guests to clean up after themselves when using the kitchen. Essentials provided: Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, towels, washcloths, hairdryer, iron and board. Washer and dryer in garage and available for use. Detergent provided. Please note: With being so coastal, there is occasional train noise when the bedrooms windows are open. Please Note: Due to being coastal there is no central AC. If needed, fans can be provided. Please Note: No candles or air fresheners allowed. Thank you! Occasionally my adult children and grandkids visit and also stay in my home. If this occurs during your stay, you will still have your own bathroom and it won’t be shared. They are all very respectful and my grandkids are kind and well-behaved. Guest access Guests will have access to any room except the bedrooms not booked. Parking is out front in the street which is always available and free. During your stay You will be greeted at check in. I will give you keys and show you around the townhouse. I will also be available for any questions and/or recommendations throughout your stay.
