The property has two cozy houses of which one is fully decorated. House I has two bedrooms with Airconditioning, two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, veranda in front and in the back, hammocks. House II on request two bedrooms with Airconditioning are available, but living room and kitchen are not decorated. Other things to note 1) Electricity consumption will be charged through a deposit of R$ 25.00/day to be paid at check-in, in cash or transfer. Consumption will be recorded through photos of the energy meter (at check-in and check-out). The difference, whether more or less, will be charged to the guest (when exceeding) or returned to him (when there is a surplus).
