Sleeping 8-10 - ideal for families with young children The space The villa opens out on to a courtyard walled garden with terrace and heated swimming pool, with a backdrop of mature trees and attractive original stone walling. Behind the property the countryside opens out and there are long reaching views. The 4 individually decorated bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. It is well suited for 8 adults, 2/4 children and has 2 cots. With views across olive groves, vineyards and the "Garrigue" countryside it is an ideal spot to pass away languid days and if you want to see more Uzes, Nimes, Montpellier, the Camargue and the Mediterranean coast are within easy reach. This charming property has been lovingly restored and sympathetically renovated and the Owner has integrated as many original features as possible, vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and stonework are shown off to their best. A large, well lit, open plan living and dining area, with valuted ceiling, is the heart of the interior, offering two three seater comfy sofas, occasional tables, extra chairs and a dining table seating 12. Distincitive attractive pieces and artworks add to the eclectic mix and overall ambience. From here you can access the Orangery conservatory extension where these is more seaing and beyond into the paved courtyard and on to the swimming pool deck. Accommodation comprises: Each room has been individually accessorised and they all have lovely styling enhacing the original features. A courtyard garden of 500m2, is paved with gravel edges housing trees and plants, leading to the terrace and pool deck. The pool deck is gated and half a dozen steps lead up from the terrace area to the raised unusually shaped heated swimming pool, which is 7m x 6m x 1-3-1.5m and has an alarm. The stone walling and evenly placed planters give this area a "Zen" feel. For the pool the Owners chose a "river style" dark blue colouring which retains more heat and keeps the water warmer for longer. The gate and the pool retaining wall are approximately 1m in height, so this area is secure for small toddlers, however, older children can in principle pull themselves up on top of the wall and therefore should be supervised at all times. Sun loungers, relaxers, small tables and a larger table to seat at least 10 people. Portable BBQ. Through a gate at the back of the courtyard is another part of the garden with some lawn and mature trees. This is a non smoking property. There is additional baby and children equipment available at the house so together with a heated swimming pool with an alarm and a stone wall surround this makes it a great holiday rental in Provence for families with young children.
