Neighbourhood is residential and suburban. Lots of trees and nature. Very neat surroundings. Their is a little shop for emergency items, on the same road. There are restaurants within 5 to 7min driving distance. Kite surfing can be viewed at the lagoon which is quiet a highlight when the weather permits. Beautiful birds can be viewed from the balcony. Sea views when entering the suburb are stunning and truly give you the blissful feeling of nature and freedom. Place is ideal for 2 adults. The space This is a friendly, cosy, neat and modern 1 bedroom flatlet. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own entrance. There is a communal smoking area and seating area for braais or chill time. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a large private shower and toilet. The lounge area has a sofa and TV. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and stove with oven. The granny flat is completely private from the main house and other units in the house. We are here to assist, to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The TV currently is on HDMI cabling for laptop viewing. Wifi is included but signal might be low. There are no towels or toiletries.
