The desk and chair would then be taken out of the room. The room has a total of 12sqm. Bed linen is included, towels are not. The transport connection to the city and to the fair is very good. It takes only 12 minutes from Lövenich station to the main station. The bus, which stops in front of the door, takes you to Lövenich station every 20 minutes during the day and every half hour in the evening. For night owls, it runs every hour until about 2 am. If you stay longer, you can walk a few minutes from the S-Bahn or line 1. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house. The landlady lives with in the house (separate bedroom and bathroom)!!! Note to allergy sufferers: With us live otherwise still 4 cats and have free run in the whole house. Please judge for yourself if this causes any problems, as everyone reacts differently. We have tiles and parquet floor. But even this is not completely free of cat hair. Please book only if you can really live with the fact that the cats can go everywhere. I can't tie them up ;-) Thank you for your understanding! The living room (approx. 50sqm) with open kitchen can be used after arrangement. You can eat there or in your room. Please clear away your dishes independently and leave everything clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator. There is also a washing machine (cost per wash 1.50 Euro; On request) and a Trocker (1.00 euros per wash load). W-Lan is also available. A terrace with a large garden can be used with pleasure. It can be booked by the day, week or month. Check-in is normally possible from 16.00 to 21.00; Later check-in only by prior arrangement before booking. After 22.00 o'clock there is a fee of 20,00 Euro. Please check-out by 11.00 am. In case of deviation please contact me BEFORE booking. An arrangement is often, but not always possible.
