A housekeeping cottage on Conesus Lake in the Finger Lakes for your vacation pleasure. Dock, kayaks, swimming, BBQ, firepit all available for you May through September. You may bring your own bed linens & towels or we will furnish them for $20 per bed. This is suitable for a couple or a family with small children. It has a double bed, a single pull out couch & a swing on the porch. Also a cozy place to spend a winter getaway for a maximum of 2 people. Ask for winter rates. The space We are in a residential neighborhood on Conesus Lake with off the road parking and a yard with a picnic table and grill for each cottage. Guest access Two families share the common space, lawn, dock and beach area and fire pit. We have enough space for all to relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note We are close to Letchworth State Park, Stony Brook State Park, SUNY Geneseo College and only 20 miles south of Rochester, NY. You will find many things to entertain, amuse and educate. There are many good restaurants and shopping sites near too. And don't forget the Mt. Morris Dam. A cool tour is a great way to spend a hot afternoon.
