Both bedrooms and living area have full cable and smart TVs. Guest house has its own outdoor gas grill and burner. Private use of salt water pool and hot tub during your stay (all towels, sunscreen, floats included). Outside fireplace, lounge areas etc. Other things to note We have two smaller rescue dogs who have access to the backyard. They are sweet and entertaining, but if you are not comfortable with dogs (they do not ever have access to the guest house), we are happy to keep them in the upper yard!
