A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath abode boasts private North Platte riverfront fly fishing, turkeys, and deer on 42 acres, is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful wrap around deck with sunset views. Skiing, hiking, rafting, floating, fishing, hunting, you pick. Perfect for families and gatherings of 15 people. No parties or events are allowed at this time due to COVID. This is an old train station converted into a home but with many of the old features like the ticket counter, still intact. There is 1/4 mile of the North Platte River, barn, chickens, and wild animals to enjoy. We’ve stocked this unique stay with antiques, railroad memorabilia, Wyoming wildlife mounts, and the comforts of home. We have two neighbors up river so don't cross fence lines. A truck stop for your convenience is within 2 minutes, and the interstate is not even a mile away with quick and easy access to downtown! We suggest a rental car, but taxis and Uber services are available, unless you’ve brought your own transportation. The property is home to a horse, chickens, a goose, cat, a domestic Red Bourbon turkey, and other animals such as wild deer and turkeys. Please treat them like our family. DISCLAIMER: Animals are generally friendly but always be cautious! Do not allow children to wander without knowing their whereabouts! There is also a horse boarding facility on sight, but it is off limits until such a time when rides become part of the experience.
