I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu. 《As basic information on this room》 -Full renovated in 2019 Fall -Full-Furnished with: Queen size bed, coffee table, desk, chairs, floor light, AC. -Basic kitchenware： Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Pan, Pot, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove etc. There is a kitchen space and basic kitchenware. You can enjoy cooking during your stay, not like hotel. In Waikiki, all ingredients are expensive. So there is no hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc. If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations. And I ask to check below. ・Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm in Honolulu. I would like cooperation for the neighborhood. ・No party, No Smoking, No Drugs 《We have to ask your info after your reservation》 Due to this condominium rule for COVID-19, We have to submit below info to the building management. So we must receive below info from guest after guest's reservation. 〜Guests who comes from outside of Hawaii〜 Please send me screenshots of 3 documents. - Incoming flight itinerary to Hawaii - Vaccine Card / Covid PCR test result - Guests' ID 〜Guests who are resident of Hawaii〜 Please provide -Hawaii State ID or -ID & proof of residence 《When you would like to stay WITH YOUR PETS》 You can stay with your pets!! However, then we has to charge an extra cleaning fee $60. This extra cleaning fee does NOT be included the total amount when you make a reservation. We will send the payment request after reservation, and please pay from the request. *Just in case, if your pets damage this house or furniture etc, we charge you for that after your checkout. Please be careful about it. ≪Early Check-in Fee & Late check-out≫ Our early check-in service available from 12pm Early check-in fee is $40+Tax Late Check-out until 1pm, late check out fee is $40+Tax until 3pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax after 3pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee ＊You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
