Close to the marina’s, the sailing clubs, the Quay, the multiple characteristic local pubs and the New Forest. Lymington is bustling rather than busy. With the famous Saturday morning market, plenty of characteristic pubs, quick access to the fantastic New Forest walking trails, cycle paths and bridleways, two marinas and a long history as a popular sailing resort. Ground floor: Entrance; Hall with toilet Living room with large sofa, 6-8 person dining table. Gully equipped kitchen and a tuned piano. Large outside terrace First floor: Bedroom Double with ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. Bedroom Double with a toddler bed. 2nd floor: Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. with a toddler bed. Guest access Basically all open available spaces of the house can be used. No access to the garage. Other things to note Parking, strictly on the designated parking spot. There is an Alexa device in the living room. You can activate it by talking to it. Say 'Alexa, play some smooth jazz' and you will listen to a nice play list of jazz music. It is a smart device and some people might not like the impact it could have on their privacy. Feel free to remove the plug and turn it off. When you leave, plug it back in again.
