Located on the peninsula of Theseus Beach Village, overlooking the gulf of Ligaria, the apartment is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea and the picturesque Cretan landscape jeweled by colorful sunsets. The Village offers a complete living experience, with tennis courts, swimming pools, an organized golden beach and boat marina, a cafeteria, a small mall, a convenience store and a guarded 24/7 controlled entrance. The space Family friendly and fully equipped, the apartment is suitable for a short get-away or longer holiday. Located below road level, it offers privacy from the road and neighbors. The apartment is organized on two levels. On the upper level, there is a kitchen and living room with a large balcony overlooking the picturesque bay and the Cretan mountains that are painted with bright colors at sunset. On the same level, there is also a bathroom and two bedrooms: one equipped with a king size bed and the other with a large single bed. Both rooms are well lit by natural sunlight. The internal stairs lead to the lower level where there is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An ideal space for privacy and quietness. Guest access Apart from the house, guests have access to all the common amenities that Theseus Beach Village has to offer, such as a large pool, the private beach and the cafeteria. Other things to note Please note that due to the steep nature of the hill that the apartment is located, the access to and from the pool and the beach can be tiresome. We strongly advice our guests to rent a car/bike. We are here to ensure that you enjoy your stay in our apartment. We do our best to keep everything in order and fully functioning; however, in the unlikely event of a power or internet cut, for example, just contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but guests are free to make use of the outside areas. The pool is shared and operates within a certain timetable.
