Our quirky four-bedroom family home in the centre of Newquay is a little oasis where you can hear the birds tweet behind our tall hedges. This is our family home and not a holiday home- please don’t book if you’re looking for a new build with all the mod-cons. Our place is comfortable and homely with period charm, excellent WiFi, and in a great location. The space There is plenty of space for all the family (or two) with a sitting room with period fireplace opening on to our front garden, a separate snug/reading room and kitchen-diner with separate little utility space with dishwasher and washing machine and a downstairs shower room. The kitchen diner then leads into our back garden, which we are currently working on for summer 2025- we’ve cut back some of the larger trees and shrubs to let in more sun and will post photos once we’ve finished the work. We have an abundance of sage and rosemary, a small veggie patch and a couple of apple trees, you are welcome to help yourself to anything that is ripe and ready to eat. Upstairs we have a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. A twin (perfect for kids) and a double on the first floor and a further double and single in the loft. Guest access You have access to our whole home apart from the storage in our loft and summer house. Feel free to borrow our surf boards, read our books and make the most of our bbq and the back garden.
