Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and gym space in the common areas of this gated condo complex, walking distance from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, Waikoloa Restaurant and Bar, and shopping center. Located 15 minutes up the road from world-class beaches and shopping. I live just around the corner in Waikoloa Village and am available by phone 24/7. The condo is self-check-in and check-out, so you will also have your privacy. Waikoloa Village is home to a top-class golf course, stables, and shopping center with restaurants, salons, grocery store, and coffee shop. It's located 15 minutes up the hill from world-class beaches and resorts with more shopping, restaurants, and amenities. 35 minutes to the Kona Airport, and 45 minutes to downtown Kailua-Kona. Waikoloa Village is also only an hour drive from Hilo, so you can explore Volcanoes National Park and all that the east side has to offer. The Big Island is Big! You'll definitely want to rent a car to get around. That being said, Waikoloa Village is very walk-able once you're there. Walk to Lava Java in the morning to enjoy coffee and breakfast, or walk to Pueo's Osteria in the evenings for happy hour. The unit is on the ground floor for easy access. The main route to walk to the condo does have three steps to walk up. If you or your guests have limited mobility, there is a way to walk around that is wheelchair-accessible. Being on the ground floor means that the condo stays cooler during the day, but it also means we have upstairs neighbors! The unit upstairs is another short-term rental, so it's hard to predict if there will be noise from upstairs. Also, the condo across the breezeway from us has a young family with kids. We love our neighbors, and we want you to have the best stay possible. For extra privacy, try closing the front door (which is shockingly sound-proof).
