Stay in our lovely Eco-Farm! Enjoy 3 private units on our landscaped garden property, each room has their own private bath + king sized bed - perfect for a group of up to 6 adults or for a family gathering getaway. Each of our units are designed to experience the best of Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living with tall, crisp ceilings, access to a thriving permaculture farm with local produce, fresh eggs + delicious, filtered, structured + blessed rainwater. The entire Eco-Farm consists of 3 separate units, which can also be rented out individually. Our most popular unit (Loft: www.airbnb.com/rooms/ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) shares a wall with our studio (www.airbnb.com/rooms/ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , and our mini-house is free-standing about 35 feet away up a flight of stairs (Mini-House: www.airbnb.com/rooms/ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The large thousand square foot covered outdoor lanai (patio) off of the loft unit has a dining table, day bed, sofa and two chairs. Our eco-farm guests have their own gourmet, open-flow kitchen and many spacious, comfortable areas for lounging. Outside the loft unit is an indoor/outdoor shower, plus a private infrared sauna. Located at the Seaview Epicurean Waterfarm you will have access to abundant non-GMO, organic gardens, delicious purified drinking water, serene settings for enjoying quiet moments. A few more notes: - All cleaning products used on site are natural and non-toxic. - We provide high quality sheets, towels and bedding. - Free Wi-Fi is available. - We also have a coop of chickens for eggs and a thriving hive of bees that provide us our honey. Important, please note that the price of this listing does NOT include the Hawaii State Sales Tax of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) %, please have that ready to pay in cash upon your arrival. This is a lovely, yet small scale permacultural property. We feel there are acceptable levels of visual and sound privacy; please note that the units are close together, and sound can travel. The loft shares a wall with our studio unit. While each of our guest units are private + self-contained, you may see/hear staff on different parts of the Waterfarm during your stay. We are a community + let's make friends. Your Kitchen is stocked with these items: First morning's fair trade organic coffee, farm honey, organic coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper, curry spice, fresh teas, farm produce and farm-fresh eggs when available. Cooking equipment includes coffee grinder, french press, citrus juicer, variety of pots and pans, cooking/serving utensils, kettle, blender, to-go containers, plastic wrap and tin foil, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, outdoor grill. Please know that this rental is in a jungle environment and although we do our best to keep harmless pests under control, like geckos, ants and flying bugs, they are here and there may be occasional sightings. The historical plantation town of Pahoa is a 20 minute drive away from Seaview. It offers stores and is home to some great foodie spots and affordable farmer's markets with fresh local produce. We are located four miles from Uncle Robert's Awa Bar, which has an evening market on Wednesday (5 pm – 10 pm), which has live music, great food + craft vendors. A small corner store Kaimu Corner with ATM is also accessible at Uncle Robert's for basic necessities. We are remotely located 3 hours from the Kona airport (KOA), and 1 hour from the Hilo airport (ITO), on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our internet is great for emails + texts and general surfing - we have had many digital nomads working successfully from their unit, but best if only one unit is streaming videos at a time. ** Note that this listing does NOT include the Hawaii state tax of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) % which will be collected in cash upon your arrival. Our policy is to listen to our guest's needs and interact accordingly. We offer complimentary farm tours on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am. If you would like a farm tour at a different time, please schedule with the farm host with at least (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) hours notice. Robert + Jared are your farm hosts. Jared lives off-site, and is available if needed to make sure you have a great stay. Our farm is devoted to the earth-conscious pursuit of sensual pleasure, especially to the enjoyment of water, local food and community comfort. The farm is located in the neighborhood of Seaview, a friendly, safe, eclectic and fun-loving tropical community. There are two parks, one school and a community center in the neighborhood. While a local bus stop is two blocks away, a car is generally recommended to get around easily on the Big Island. Biking along the world famous coastal Red Road is a must. We have two bikes, snorkeling gear, yoga mats and props available for guest use.
