The West side offers some of the best beaches on the island a very laid back vibe. This is not the tourist side of the island, so please do your research before you arrive. Hawaii requires 30 day rentals for this listing. This space is equipped with all your basic needs. AC is in the bedroom, but ocean breeze usually blows right through the unit. Fans are available. Washer & Dryers are only a few doors down in a shared space (they are app based and able to pay via apple pay). Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents, snorkel gear and fins are available for you to use. BBQ spaces available on the property. Parking is gated and you must ask security for a parking pass. Parking lot does not have assigned stalls, but make sure you get a pass when you see security around. Do not back up into spaces on the building side. I live part-time on island and love this beach. The west side of Oahu is a one way in one way out kind of town. THIS IS NOT TOURISTY PART OF TOWN. There is stores and restaurants at a Convenient distances, but don’t expect any tourist attractions in walking distance. Respect of the local culture and neighbors is a must. We ask that you not mention renting from this app, and say to any neighbors that you are friends of the host! Rental car is a must - inquire about personal car rental service with host - parking lot is gated at the property - one stall is available per unit.
