Relax in this stylish, private, sun-filled cottage just a hop, skip and jump from everywhere you want to be. Bring your pet (please inform us beforehand as we accept pets on a case by case basis and yes there might be a pet fee) and enjoy the backyard over a morning coffee at this chill getaway in desirable East Nashville. Our cottage, which was renovated last year, is spacious (384 sq ft) with plenty of privacy. Included is a big patio and large backyard. Inside the cottage you'll find a full size bed, couch, dining table with chairs, shower/bathtub, and washer & dryer. Soap, shampoo, detergent, hair dryer, noise machine. Guests can comes and go as they'd like access the studio anytime by entering our privacy gate on the side of our house. The patio and backyard are really pleasant, surrounded by herb and flower gardens when the season is right. The patio has a table and chairs under string lights for a very private and relaxing experience. Our priority is for you to feel comfortable. As someone who travels a lot, I understand the importance of privacy. We make sure not to impose on your space but are also available if you need any assistance or recommendations. Never hesitate to ask! This street is in up and coming East Nashville within walking distance of a great YMCA and popular Mexican restaurant Las Maracas. South Inglewood is close to all the great East Nashville spots and a short drive from downtown. Accessing all the great spots in Nashville is so easy from our street. We are very close to highways and interstates that will take you anywhere you want to go. We call Uber/Lyft to our house frequently. It's a hop, skip and jump to get to 5 Points, Downtown, West End and even Green Hills. On average, Uber costs only $12 to get downtown. The Nashville bus system has a stop at the end of our street and the Nashville airport is only 15 minutes away. As happy as we are with our neighborhood, we do want to let you know we live close to a railroad crossing. I like to warn guests the train horn is noisy, and comes at random. So far most people have told us that it doesn't bother them but we provide ear plugs for those who are sensitive. A visible note is provided to remind guests not to dispose of any trash, hygienic or cosmetic products, condoms or tampons in the commode. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a maintenance fee.
