Upon entering Khione 1, you will be greeted with a contemporary and stylish interior. The townhouse is set over two levels, with the upper level featuring a gourmet kitchen that includes all the modern conveniences you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, chef oven, gas stove top, and double fridge/freezer. The open plan design of the dining and living area makes it easy to relax and entertain, and you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy the view while you cook up a storm on the BBQ. The lounge area is designed for relaxation, with a 60" Smart HD TV, Wifi, soundbar and gas heating to ensure your comfort. There are also two bedrooms on the upper level, one with an ensuite, a main bathroom with a spa bath, and a writing nook for those who need to catch up on some work. Downstairs, you will find the third bedroom, which features two tri-bunks and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a 64" flat screen TV and electric heating, making it a great space for kids or teenagers to hang out. The laundry provides a washer and dryer, with an external door to the private courtyard and plenty of additional storage space. Khione 1 also has a double lock-up garage with remote, a drying room with hanging space, and internal access to the townhouse. Situated close to Jindabyne town center and the lake foreshore, Khione 1 is the perfect base to enjoy all the activities that the Snowy Mountains have to offer. Whether you are into fishing, water sports, cycling, restaurants, and cafes or skiing, snowboarding, snow play, and back-country adventures, this townhouse is ideally located to suit all your needs. You will be sent check-in details via SMS and Email on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Once you have booked you will receive a copy of our digital compendium which provides information on where to arrive and what to do in the wonderful Snowy Mountains. We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Check-in time is 4pm during Winter. We understand that this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins during busy periods.
