Bright and airy lovely beach condo in beautiful New Smyrna! Located on the quiet end of the beach, with no cars allowed (important if you have children)! New Smyrna is a hidden gem, away from the crowds of Daytona, and with sugary white sands, and lots of places to explore. From art galleries, bistros, breweries, and shopping to renting kayaks/paddle boards to get up close to manatees and dolphins... there is so much to do! But relaxing on the white sand beach should be first on your list! Super family-friendly, our space is designed to comfortably host families with children. The bunk room is a kids’ hideaway with its own TV with Roku for when they’ve had enough of the surf and sand and need to relax in the a/c. The living room with the big-screen is ready to seat all of your family members for movie night while watching the waves come in. The dining room seats 8, plus the bar area can accommodate an additional 2. We have board games and cards for family game night, too. All common spaces are yours to enjoy! Pool/spa, shuffleboard and saunas. There are gas grills in the pool area as well for guest use, on a first-come, first-served basis. Available 24/7 via phone or e-mail. We live in Orlando so we are close... but not too close! Located 30 minutes South of Daytona, and 45 minutes North of Cape Canaveral, New Smyrna is a lovely, eclectic town filled with lots of local flair and things to do. You’ll have plenty of food/drink and entertainment options, and most are locally owned and operated. NSB is a favorite vacation spot of many Floridians and out-of-towners alike. You can make your vacation all your own by renting water sports equipment and getting out onto the water for kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing and fishing. Or, rent a golf cart or bikes and explore that way! There are also nearby attractions to keep you busy and entertained (like mini golfing in Daytona Beach or climbing the lighthouse in Ponce Inlet). Our welcome book will give you tips and suggestions on how to immerse in our lovely town. A car is required if you plan on doing any day trips or exploring outside of NSB. Otherwise, you may rent bikes or golf carts locally. We offer free underground parking on-site.
