This elevated home sits barely up the road from the beach and the gulf, so you can easily stroll home to rinse off, have lunch, or take an afternoon nap. From the shaded, ground-floor patio, ascend two flights of exterior stairs to reach the partially covered deck that runs the length of the house, featuring an outdoor dining table, a porch swing, and a great view of your surroundings. Inside, the living space is polished, comfortable, and anchored by a light-filled living room with a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has all the essential appliances (including a dishwasher), an island with breakfast bar seating for three, and easy access to both an adjacent dining room table and a screened-in porch where you can bring your coffee in the evenings. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels each night. Please do not park in the street or on the grass Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
