Apartment offer air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It is great place for your vacation, but also for your honeymoon ! The space Located in the hearth of Dubrovnik Old Town, overlooks the famous main street Stradun, towers and ancient roofs and has been sympathetically restored and decorated to combine original and traditional features.The apartment Ivo (2+1) is tastefully decorated and consist of one sleeping room with queen size bed and a double comfortable sofa for two in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped, and bathroom has washing machine, hair dryer and bath. The apartment is air conditioned with two units and have LCD TV, wireless Internet connection and cable TV. Towels and linen are provided.Change of linen weekly and towels every 3-4 days. Iron and ironing board are also available. On your demand there is also a baby cot. Our apartment, will allow you to experience medieval times house in the core of the Old Town as well as comfortable and modern equipped interior of house where you will find yourself without stresses and relaxed. Also in the same house, same great location one floor up in the attic is located our another apartment/studio Kate for 2 persons (find it on AirBnB as "Sweet studio in center of Old Town"). Apartment Ivo and studio Kate can be connected in one apartment on two floors for 5 person. Other things to note Access to the apartment from Pile Gate (west entrance to the old town) and from Ploce Gate (east entrance to the old town) to our accommodation, there are no stairs. The apartment is located on the third floor and it is necessary to use the stairs inside the house. Our accommodation has lots of natural light. The house is 400 years old and is a cultural monument under the protection of UNESCO (like all buildings within the city walls). During the renovation, strict rules on the protection of cultural monuments must be respected, and that is why the entire house is made of wood and stone. By staying in the house, you can feel the spirit of the past. There are other apartments in the same house, so organizing house parties is prohibited as it may disturb other guests. If you need an extra bed in the living room or a baby cot, please specify this when booking. We do not live at the address of the apartment and welcome all guests personally.
