A fully furnished beauty located in the heart of Ewa; gorgeous inside & out, with two parking spaces. Convenient to work, study, entertainment and relaxation. House is very clean. It's ideal for guests who don't have their house hold goods yet want to enjoy an interrupted, productive, enjoyable first month in paradise. First experience is important, it will set the tone for the rest of your time in Hawaii. This house will undoubtedly raise your expectation and satisfaction for the decision you made. The two parking spaces are in the middle of the driveway, in tandem. Laundry is at the rear lanai, use cold water wash cycle only. Four guests occupancy is ideal for this house. Any additional guest(s) want to stay on property has to obtain approval from Hosts first, and the fee is $50 per additional guest, per night. Host or Co-host will be at site to greet guests, answer questions/concerns and demonstrate how to operate appliances and equipment. After that, host or Co-host can be reached by phone and in-person if necessary. Important: Checked-in inspection and checked-out inspection must be done with the presence of host on the arrival day and departure day. If guests were to check out early then check-out inspection will be moved to accommodate. Neighborhood is surrounded by 3 golf courses. Ka Makana Ali'i is the newest mall on the West Oahu (5 min driving). Paradise Luau at Ko-Olina resort is favorite among locals & tourists alike. Old Ewa beach, White Plain beach, Maili beach, Kaena Point are very popular, monk seals, green turtles and whales can be seen during season. Less than 2 min walk to big shopping center; 3 min walk to major street Ft. Weaver Rd with plenty of bus lines; 5 to 10 min to four beaches nearby, 5 min to Ka Makana Ali'i, 5 min to Queens Medical Center West, 6 min to Kroc Center, 7 min to UH West and 12 min the Ko O'lina. There's an In-law suite attached but separate from main house, it will not impact the privacy and enjoyment of the guests. Host reserve the right to access the house for inspection purpose at any time. For example, if guests left the front/rear doors or any windows opened when they're away then host will enter to see if there were intruders; if guests broke House Rules such as no smoking, no shoes, quiet hours, bringing unclaimed guests or pets to stay on premise then host will revoke guest's privilege and terminate the stay. Be mindful about community rules and follow No-Parking sign if guests are to park on streets, host are not responsible for any lost of valuables, citation or violation guests made.
