This is a brand new house with new furnishings built and finished in April 2019. It is situated in the quiet country of the North Shore of Oahu just minutes from world famous beaches and surf breaks. Located in a gated community that is family friendly and safe, nestled up against the local golf course and amazing stretches of wide open deserted beaches. Guests may park on the right side of the driveway. Guests are also welcome to use any beach equipment that other guests have left stored under the stairs. I live with my family on the property (upstairs unit) and I am available anytime in person or by phone if you need anything or have any questions or concerns! I have small children that run around and make noise. The walls are not thick so you will definitely hear them occasionally, though they are asleep by 8:00pm. Please do not book if upstairs noise during the day will bother you! Our property borders a golf course that runs along a very large stunning stretch of deserted beach. It is about a 5 minute walk from the front door across the golf course to the beach. There are tide pools perfect for little kids and other parts of the beach with swimming areas and surfing for older kids and adults. There is also a long beautiful bike path that spans a picturesque ranch and a state park that begins across the street from the neighborhood entrance. The neighborhood is located minutes from some of the best food trucks and shrimp trucks on the north shore. There is a bus system that circles the island but for convenience I recommend having a vehicle of your own to use This is a very private neighborhood filled with mostly families with children. The kids run around, ride bikes, and play in the street. This neighborhood belongs to them - you MUST drive very slowly and be respectful of the families that live here.
