Let us share with you an inviting, comfy, & charming "vintage" place...a spot at which travelers may rest & renew. Located on the 2nd (top) level, has been gently renovated with brand new flooring, beds, bedding, drapery, & fresh paint. Please note this is a SHARED BATHROOM home. 省下高額住宿費，來我家吧! *We ask everyone to remain vigilant concerning the Corona Virus and take all precautionary measures possible before, during, and after travel; 24/7. We have placed sanitizing products in the kitchen, and we sanitize all shared areas door knobs and surfaces. There are four (4) private bedrooms in this house each with jalousie windows having sound & light ruducing drapes, closet, power outlets, highspeed internet, bed, nightstand, lamp, chair, ceiling and floor or desk fans, and locking door with skeleton key. There is no carpeting or televisions. Each room can accommodate only one (1) person. The kitchen, BATHROOM, and mudroom are SHARED areas. You are potentially to share common area with (maximum) 3 other people. We Do Not have parking available for the time being, street parking is nearby. Convenient front door entrance to Room A directly in front of the house with one easy flight of stairs. Rear door entrance is also a flight of stairs accessed via red sidewalk to back of house to Rooms B, C, and D. The host lives on the 1st floor (Apt.2) of this property and is available by phone or in person. 1. Honolulu Coffee Experience Center is right next door sharing the aroma of the morning roasting of coffee beans and has a beautiful court yard of coffee bean trees & umbrella tables seating. Centered inside you will see a extravagant rustic roaster most likely in operation. There is a variety of seating areas, a beautiful gift shop including top Kona coffees, and a quaint coffee museum to enjoy. They serve a variety of drinks, pastries, and sandwiches and operating between 6am and 6pm daily. :) 2. We are conveniently located right by the Hawaii Convention Center (3-5minute walk). 3. McCully Shopping Center is a block down across the street, about 3-5 minutes to walk to, with 24 hour a day 7 days a week hot foods, groceries, and daily essentials! :) 4. Also only a 10-15 minute walk to *Ala Moana Mall and Waikiki Beach (Hilton Hawaiian Village side). *Ala Moana Mall, world’s largest outdoor shopping center located in Honolulu just minutes from us. A perfect centerpoint to be located. -Bus stop just a few steps away -24 hour bicycle rental just 1 block away Easily move (via bus/bicycle/foot) to an altogether different environment replete with tropical flora and fauna. Two Bus stops are steps away (No. 2, 3, 4, 9, 13) A couple of BIKI (bike) rental stations are 3-5minutes walk Airport is around 15 minutes drive **PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ** TEMPERATURE: There is No air conditioning, but each room is equipped with both ceiling fans and portable fans. The room can get quite warm during day time in summer months, yet the evenings cool down nicely. NOISE LEVELS: As you see in the house pictures we are close to the big street and it can get very noisy. (35mph speed limit) Rooms A and B are at the front of the house and absorb most of the street noise. Rooms C and D are located toward the back of the house and are quieter. Please keep noise levels respectable as to be considerate of other occupants of the house, living on both levels; our family lives downstairs. Thank you! NO SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, or CANDLES: There is NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, meaning no smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside on the property. In addition, there is no lighting of candles, incense, or any other types of fire / smoke related products. Additionally, the use of portable gas, propane, charcoal, wood pellet, and wood barbeques, hibachis, smokers, or any related type of cooking apparatuses is prohibited. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only registered guests are authorized on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made with the Host. Please do no sneak anyone in just to save money, or for adult entertainment. We operate a safe and professional rental business and we expect all renters to be respectful to all others in the house. SAFETY & SECURITY: Dialing 911, POLICE have proven to arrive within 1 to 4 minutes. We have 24/7 surveillance with 12 day & night vision cameras online that capture all of the exterior of the house and property as well as common areas inside. We are in a safe neighborhood. We proactively take all precautions to give all guests peace of mind. :)
