Wake up to an orchestra of birds in the jungle canopy adjacent to the private lanai (deck). Although a studio, special layout makes it feel more like a one bedroom. The Walk down to Puapoa Beach, Hide- Aways Beach, or to the One Hotel resort for breakfast or drink on their awe-inspiring lanai on the cliffs or take a stroll through the many pathways and golf courses throughout Princeville. It is recommended that guests rent a car to fully enjoy the island. We provide one dedicated parking space. We do have a public bus system but it does not run to the more remote jungles and beaches. Speedi Shuttle offers shuttle service pick ups from the airport. You can schedule that in advance online. Climbing stairs are required to enter the condo. Hawaii’s Tax Act 326 requires a collection of 10.25% State Transient Accommodation Tax and a 3% County Transient Accommodation Tax in addition to the 4.712% General Excise Tax, which adds up to 14.962% of the nightly rental rate and cleaning fee.
