It's across the street from the beach and a very short walk to many restaurants, a grocery store and centrally located to all of Maui's attractions. Enjoy Ocean & Haleakala views from our lanai. Free parking. Great for families. Our condo at Kihei Garden Estates is just steps from the beach, with Ocean & Haleakala views from our lanai. This airy 2-story unit has an upstairs loft bedroom, with a new queen bed & mattress. This bedroom features a private bathroom and closet. There's also a desk and monitor that overlooks the living room. The carpet has been replaced with brand new vinyl flooring in all bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed and twin bunk beds. The bunk beds hold up to 150 lbs. each. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo equipped with grab bars. The lanai recently received a facelift and has a new patio set, along with new carpet. We've made significant upgrades to provide our guests with a nice experience in our unit. A few things about the condo: Air Conditioner- Our unit is blessed with the perfect location to feel the Hawaii trade winds. By opening the lanai door and the front door (keeping both screens closed & locked) a strong breeze will cool the space. There are new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room to help with circulation. Our air conditioning unit is on a one-hour timer to conserve energy. Bunk Beds- 150 lbs. weight limit and include a short ladder. Quarterly Pest Sprays- KGE management has scheduled quarterly pest sprays the second Wednesday of the first month of the quarter. To keep the unit free of pests, seal all food in containers or place in the fridge. Access to gated pool pavilion (pool, hot tub, kitchen, bbq grills) with a security code. Maui On Island Agent (MOIA) is your contact while on Maui. Contact details are available after booking. Kihei is a popular area on Maui for travelers looking for sun, sand and relaxation. The town itself is a laid back beach town and known for its plentiful beaches and local nightlife. There is a free parking lot for Kihei Garden Estates guests. Please be sure to register your car at the pool pavilion. Uber, Lyft, public bus and taxis are also available. We're happy to get your Maui vacation started with some provided basics, such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. Depending on the length of your stay, you will likely need to provide your own personal items. Times Supermarket is directly in front of the complex and open seven days a week providing fresh fruits & veggies, groceries, alcohol, beach gear & toiletries. Maximum 6 guests. If this number is exceeded, Kihei Garden Estates will fine the guests. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Washers and dryers are available for a small fee courtesy of the property. We do not have them inside the condo. Laundry room hours are 8am - 10pm. Kihei Garden Estates is a pet-free condominium. If you are bringing a service animal, kindly let us know so we can inform the management team. The owner has pet allergies and an additional cleaning fee will apply. We understand that accidents happen. Please inform us of any items broken or damaged during your stay as we keep an inventory specific to the unit.
