We have high speed internet and lots of TV channels This is a peaceful Non-Smoking condo and property. No pets are allowed. Napili Ridge is a quiet, peaceful place that has 2 levels. This unit is on the top overlooking the ocean. This is a studio with a queen murphy bed, Sleeps 2 people max. Full kitchen and bathroom. We provide dishes, cooking pans, everything you need to prepare meals. We also have a cooler, 3 beach chairs, and snorkel gear. Close to beaches, grocery stores, golfing, hiking, restaurants , swimming pool , BBQ, and community laundry room onsite. There are some stairs to climb (no elevator) Kapalua Hiking trail that goes along the coast for miles and is very beautiful! Snorkel just down the street at Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay where you will probably see some Sea Turtles. Fleming Beach is a good surfing beach. Enjoy fresh fruit when in season, there are banana trees, avocado, and papaya. Enjoy beautiful fragrant plumaria trees on property. The outside Lanai also has a shade you can pull down between 2pm-6pm. We just had a new Air Conditioner installed Nov. 2023. Awesome sunsets from your Lanai ! Kapalua has some beautiful Golf courses and excellent restaurants. You can snorkel and see some amazing fish and sea turtles. Fleming beach is great to watch surfers and enjoy some bigger waves. Kapalua Trail goes for miles overlooking the ocean, you can stop and have a picnic on the beach . Napili Market is close by and has a small deli , Times Market is a larger market about a 10 min. drive. Walk to the Gazebo restaurant for breakfast or Lunch 10 min. walk and then enjoy the beach. Enjoy the fragrant smell of tropical flowers and delicious Mangos, Bananas, Passion fruit or Liliko'i, Papaya when in season. The condo is about 70% locals living here , this is not a touristy hotel. But you can walk to one and have a Mai Tai or make your own and head to the pool or beach. If you want to see the island you will need a car, unless you take the bus which is very slow but you can see things along the way. Taxis are available but are expensive. There are also Mopeds are available for rent. Cheapest car rental is in Kahului try Kihei Rent a Car, Manaloha rent a car, Hawaii discount car rental or go to hotwire There are 2 forms to fill out, one is a AOAO House Rules form to sign which is required, by law, to book the reservation. The forms will be sent to your personal email. All guests must be on the Airbnb registration that are staying in the condo.
