There are several golf courses nearby and the Balboa pier is a great place to spend the day at the Fun Zone. Don't worry about driving your eco-friendly car and scrambling for a charger - this home comes with a garage parking spot with EV plug ins for your electric vehicles! The living room is furnished with a large comfortable leather sectional, gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). Steps away, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and more. Enjoy homemade meals and gather around the dining table for 10 to exchange stories about your day. All 4 bedrooms can be found upstairs. The main bedroom holds a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have Queen beds and a TV. The last bedroom has a Twin bunk bed, great for the kids! A washer/dryer available for your use as well. NOTE: - This is a back unit of a duplex, with a shared garage with the front unit. - This home has a workstation for guest use (include desk, chair). - Since the garage parking is shared with the other unit, large vehicles must park on the street. Smaller vehicles only for the 1 garage parking spot per unit. - Guests CANNOT park vehicles in front of the garage. Failure to do so may result in car being towed at guest's expense and/or a penalty fine can be passed onto the guest. - Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250.
