The private outdoor area, located in its own orchard of 125 olive trees, leads from the flowery courtyard and barn to the 12.5 m swimming pool and sunny terraces that embrace the panorama of the valley. These views are rivaled only by those from the second-floor terrace (32 m²). The space Indoor The home is spread over 2 floors. The rooms on the ground floor are organized around a spacious and welcoming entrance. These facilities include a comfortable living room with an imposing fireplace, a quiet office/library equipped with satellite TV and WiFi, 3 flexible double bedrooms (which can be arranged with twin beds or with a king size double bed), 2 bathrooms with double sinks and a fully equipped laundry room housing a hotel-style ice maker. The wide-arched staircase to the second-floor landing, with its unique chandelier, leads to the spacious family kitchen with all modern amenities, a separate dining room, a fourth double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with double sink. The bright kitchen and dining room benefit from the sunny and furnished terrace (32 m²). It offers a view that never ceases to delight. Outdoor The private garden offers many opportunities for relaxation, dining and leisure. The courtyard flower garden, with an original fountain created from an old trough, is located between the main house and the barn, with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and shaded terrace for dining. The splendid 12.5 m long swimming pool and sunny terraces with sun loungers and lounge areas complete this exceptional outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the sun and admiring the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
