Private Garden Cabin

Little 1 bedroom cabin in our garden with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Small in size ( 27m2) but fully self contained. Located 40m away from our house and private. Not visible from the road. Our property is situated 1.4km walk from swimming beach or 4km from our marina. Supermarkets & fast food are 1.5km. Airport is 4.5km. The space Inside cabin is all hard floor no carpets. Bedroom has 2 windows ensuring nice breeze through, Queen size bed with electric blanket in winter (if required), bedside tables and open wardrobe, bedside lights and luggage rack. Larger items (suitcase) will fit under the bed. Lounge: Leather Sofa, smart TV, Dining table with 2 leather chairs, stand up fan in summer, Air-conditioning. Kitchen with 4 burner gas cooktop (oven - baking part) is currently out of order) m/wave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove top coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and towels rack. All linen and towels are supplied as well as starter pack of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, selection of teas, coffee, milk, oil, basic spices and sauces. Outdoor w/machine (situated outside of the cabin under cover). Undercover verandah with outdoor setting. All windows are fitted with security screen and fly mesh. Plenty of parking right next to the cabin with 1 car space undercover carport (2.4m entry hight) and a good access even for trucks, boats or trailers. Please read the entire listing before booking to avoid disappointment. There is only a limited storage space inside. Beach is 1.2km away (12mins by walk) Supermarkets are 1.5km flat walk. Smoking is allowed outside only not inside cabin ashtray is provided. Guest access You will have access to entire cabin and our backyard. I am happy to supply you with beach towels if needed. Any herbs in our garden are free to use in your cooking. Iron and ironing board available on request as there is only a limited storage space inside. Other things to note Please don't have windows open when running Air-conditioner and turn it off when not in cabin. Cabin is small and will cool/heat in couple of minutes when you are back. Our cabin is more suited for a nature lovers travelling to stay in a quiet place surrounded by nature rather than 5 stars resort stayers. Please read how far we are from beach and other places before you book to assure you know we are not at the beach. You may need a car unless you are good walker or Uber user. No washing cars or boats.
