Kahikole Villa offers 3 bedrooms in the main living area with two outdoor shower gardens, a detached guest house with it s own outdoor shower garden, private swimming pool and spa and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Kahikole Villa has been recently remodeled. This Villa is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to two 4-seater golf carts. The location of Kahikole allows for a very quick access to the amenities and the beach at the Four Seasons Hualalai. GUEST PRIVILEGES AND RESORT FEES INFORMATION: -Access to Hualalai Club Concierge -Hualalai Resort charging privileges for Four Seasons pools, spa, tennis, golf, fitness center, restaurants and other resort amenities (no access to the Members only Canoe Club or Ke olu Golf Course) *2024 Daily Resort Fees vary throughout the year from $72/day for each adult to $224/day for each adult. Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $36/day to $112/day. Resort Policies also vary throughout the year. All details are available upon request. Note: Applying for the daily resort fees is not mandatory and you will still have access to the beach and restaurants if you opt out. Guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access on consecutive days only (minimum 2 days). The Guest understands that access to the Hualalai Resort facilities is handled directly by the Hualalai Resort Concierge. All Resort amenities and hours are subject to change without notice. Further, no discounts or credits will be given to guests if the Hualalai Resort and Four Seasons Hualalai changes their Resort access and amenities policy during their stay. We anticipate restricted access related to a Four Seasons Hualalai exclusive event from November 28th - December 2nd, 2023. 2024 Mitsubishi Electric Championship PGA tournament will take place between January 14th - 21st , 2024.
