Studio with KING bed, dining for two, small sofa, coffee table, end tables, large dresser, large bathroom shower/tub, Kitchenette with two mini refrigerators, microwave and more. Gas BBQ near pool and ice machine outside near unit. Perfect location with open space feeling on lanai w/o railings, step off lanai onto the sand only a few feet away. Provided -2 Beach towels, 4 Bath towels, 4 Hand Towels, 4 wash cloths, dish towels, and blow dryer. No Parking Fee, Internet fee or Resort fee- we have taken care of that too. Once booked be sure to download the Airbnb app for all the details and check in instructions. Two adults only no children or day guest allowed. We provide a keyless lock code. Airbnb will provide it to you 3 days prior to check in.Check in 3 pm and Checkout is 10 am. We will not be seeing the guests but they can reach us by text or call. No early check in please. Walking distance to the coconut market place, shops, restaurants and kapaa town that has everything you need. Renting a car is the best way to see the island. We have beach towels in unit, hair dryer and beach chairs. If you need to do laundry: Laundromat Express in Kapa’a is nearby and very clean….housekeeper for a towel exchange for a 25.00 fee.
