This home is new construction with upscale amenities including a Jacuzzi bathtub and koa wood floors. We have a brand new washer and dryer in the unit, and a new grill for you to enjoy on the deck. There are three bedrooms , the Master bedroom has views of the water and has a brand new King size bed with a large screen tv. The private bath attached has a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower, two sinks, a toilet and bidet. You can soak in the tub after a long day hiking or surfing and enjoy the massage of the jets to relax those aching muscles. The second bedroom has a new incredibly comfortable Queen size bed and deck that extends over to the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two new twin size beds with lots of closet space and door that attaches to bathroom and a door to the deck. The second bathroom has a shower and is attached to dining room and the twin size room. The newly renovated kitchen has a fantastic open floor plan to the living room and dining area. It has granite counter tops, sink, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and disposal. We have all the appliances you will need to make this just like your own home. The coffee pot is a kurig, so keep that in mind if purchasing coffee before you arrive. The living room offers a new comfy sofa with a large screen 50" flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI. You can enjoy free high speed wireless internet access throughout. Downstairs on the lower level is the main front door to the home. There is an easy keyless entry with a code for you to access the home so you don't have to worry about losing a key. You have access to covered parking under the garage by the front door. This is a large wooded lot that offers privacy a hammock and spectacular views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Please be aware that this rental is also on the property of the main home and the owners live there. We are in a family friendly neighborhood and cannot allow parties or loud noise after 9pm.
