Come stay in our personal condo with free wifi and all the amenities of home. This condo is located on the top floor and is a corner unit, it really does have it all. Location, privacy, large wrap around balcony (very safe even for small children), and is beautifully furnished and decorated!! The doors to my building are right at the entrance of Baytowne Wharf Village. The Village is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment for the whole family. Our condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 very nice bathroom (with hairdryers ladies), a fully custom kitchen that includes a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils, and granite countertop bar with 3 barstools that makes feeding the kids easy. There is also a nice wooden dining room table for four. The master bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows. The armoire holds a large tv and dvd player that should help you unwind after a full day of activities. It also has very nice remote controlled ceiling fan that I am sure will catch your eye. I have even put a luggage rack in the closet for your convenience. The second bedroom is a lock off suite should you be traveling with another couple and need a little privacy, or just leave the very tasteful door open and the whole family can enjoy each others company. The suite features 2 queen size beds again with plenty of pillows. There is a nice tv and dvd player in this room as well. The extra amenities of the suite include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a compact size refrigerator perfect for extra drinks and snacks. The Living room is tastefully decorated and has very nice furniture. It includes a pull out sofa and two comfortable chairs. There is a large tv and dvd player. The condo also has a fantastic wrap around balcony that is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or just enjoy the view of the pool and landscaping. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless: 1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted. 3.
