Please note our condo sleeps 2 people only and is not suitable for children. The kitchen has been remodelled with solid Hawaiian Koa wood cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and all the cookware you may need. The bathroom has also been remodelled with a travertine stone shower, new toilet and separate vanity area with blowdryer. The primary bedroom has a new king size mattress, new hotel style bedding, a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and dresser space. The living room has all new furniture, new area rug, lamps, local art work, and a flat screen TV. Take advantage of the afternoon trade winds to keep the entire condo cool naturally. The unit is also equipped with, quiet, split system air conditioning in living room and bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, newer sliding doors & screens as well as a washer/dryer (we provide detergent) We provide beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella and golf putters for the putting green located right in front of our condo. We also provide a 3 day supply of toilet paper, soap, kleenex and paper towel. After this the Times Market across the street will have anything you may need. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the stunning view as you sip coffee on the spacious lanai. There is also comfy lounger on the lanai. As VRBO renters ourselves for years we have tried to provide everything possible to make your stay amazing! Papakea charges a facilities fee of $17 per night for the 1st 10 days of your stay. (maxes out at $170) in any 30 day period. This is paid directly to the front desk when you check out. There is no daily housekeeping or maid service. We provide bath towels and beach towels which may be washed in the condo during your stay. The location of Papakea couldn't be better.
