Our fabulous condo at the Kona Reef overlooks Honl's Beach Park (where boogie boarding was invented) and the beautiful turquoise blues and greens of the crystal clear ocean. The location, overlooking a beach and just a block away from town, makes it the premier spot for a Big Island adventure. This third-floor beachfront condo at the Kona Reef comes complete with a spectacular ocean view from the lanai. Amenities include a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The bedroom features a canopy bamboo king-size bed with Hawaiian Quilt and shams. The living room has been decorated in tropical colors and rattans. It has a queen-size sofa sleeper and even a recliner to relax and enjoy listening to the waves or watching your favorite sporting event. The unit also has 2 flatscreen TV’s, air conditioning, washer and dryer, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise including free WIFI. There is also a pool, hot tub, BBQ area and secure, covered and free parking. Best of all, it overlooks the beach. Also, this is the sunny, leeward side of the island where the weather is almost always perfect. This is a one bedroom condo with access to the pool, hot tub, bbq area, etc. Should you have any problems I have staff on the island to help in emergencies. The condo is only one block away from Kona town, with its many shops, restaurants and activity centers. This is a port of call for the cruise ships. You can walk to all of it. A rental car is recommended and there is free covered parking, but you can walk to many eateries, shops, etc. please note that the elevator stops in between floors so there will be a half a flight of stairs either up, or down, that will need to be negotiated for this condo
