It's not a typical rental. 200 MPS internet, 2 air conditioners, 2 ceiling fans, 2 air purifiers, 2 TVs, 2 stereos, 2 DVD's. You use everything I provide myself & my beach stuff. "My Semi World Famous Island Write Up" is 37 pages of info on shopping, restaurant & more. 14.96 tax has been added into the nightly rate & cleaning fee. NO SMOKERS PLEASE. This is not just a rental. it is my home I rent when I travel which is about 50% of the year. it has everything a home has & more. It has been fully remodeled & is fully equipped. You get to use everything I own & provide myself. Dozens of towels, Washer & dryer & all soaps my beach stuff, towels. chair, umbrellas, coolers. 600 thread count sheets. Full gourmet kitchen. It is the best located resort on the island for arriving & departing & for going in all directions. You get to use everything I provide myself. I leave it all & unlimited supply. There ate all soaps, detergents, dryer sheets, paper towels, tissue, bathroom paper, kitchen condiments, 20+ seasonings, 2 knife sets, coffee center 2 makers 10 & 5 and espresso maker & much more. All things you do not have to buy. Everything is included with my $1000 a month homeowners dues. There are no resort fees. There is a private parking, A Pool, A Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, many BBQ's & beach access less than a minute away. A separate hotel is on the property & has pools, restaurants that give a discount to my guests. A spa with all services to the public, a bar with music & a gift & coffee shop. You may use their pools with wristbands in my home, but not the gym. I like to interact with my guests by phone & email. I provide "My Semi World Famous Island Write Up" & will help with planning your trip if you like or just advice and explanations. I am available before you arrive & while you are there by phone & email to do everything I can to make your trip great. I have an on island manager & housekeeper who is available anytime you need something or have questions also. Right on the beach resort 3 buildings back and 1 minute to the beach. Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, BBQ's and also a hotel pools and restaurants. You need a car. Your rate may adjust from the instant booking if renting over 10 nights. There are interim cleaning fees that will be added of $110 includes tax for 2 hours. This is required to protect my home. If my housekeeper determines you are not maintaining my home & must spend extra time or return to clean & protect my home you will be charged the time from your security deposit. 10-11 nights at 5-6 nights, 12-13 at 6-7, 14 at 7, 15-16 2 at 5, 17-18, 2 at 6 19-21 2 at 6-7. This is repeated on longer stays You are 7 minutes from the airport. You are centrally located 30 minutes to the north and south. You are 5 - 10 minutes from many restaurants, groceries, cinemas, Walmart, Costco, Macys, Foodland, Safeway & the best shopping. The resort is secluded on a 3 mile long beach & next to the famous Wailua Public Golf Course.
