Welcome to our spacious two-story, two bedroom, two bath vacation rental property in Maui. This condo provides plenty of space for your family vacation with a lanai that offers gorgeous ocean and mountain views. Our loft-style condo is on the top floor of building 9 at the Kamaole Sands resort. It is over 1,100 square feet with high vaulted ceilings. The furnishing are comfortable and the walls are decorated with vibrant photographic prints that showcase the beautiful island. The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs in the loft and features a king size bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with one queen bed and one twin bed. For your comfort, you will find newly installed split AC systems throughout and a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare your meals. You will find a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, dishwasher, and more. We provide beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and beach towels for your use. Cleanliness is highly important to us. Rest assure that our professional cleaners are following enhanced sanitary protocols. Also, we are resting the condo 24 hours between guests. Security damage deposit may be used for excessive cleaning, any damage, replacement items, or repairs. Cancellation Policy: NO REFUND if canceled within 60 days of your check-in date. We are located at the Kamaole Sands resort in Kihei. Kamaole Beach Park III is directly across the street, a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. The amenities include a pool and spa, fitness center, tennis courts and BBQ grills. We're available anytime by text, phone call or email. If there is an emergency maintenance issue, we have an on-island agent that can assist. Kamaole Sands is located in Kihei, the sunny side of Maui and has a low-key vibe. Kihei offers stunning beaches and beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops It's the perfect location to enjoy the very best of Maui! A car rental is the best option to explore the entire island. The nightly rate includes 17.42% Hawaii state and Maui County taxes.
